The Humbert House dates back to 1864. This charming bungalow served as a
private residence for Arthur Humbert, who is the restaurant’s muse.
Serving as a local Pharmacist and prominent businessman, Mr. Humbert was well
known for helping pave the way for modern day Clarence.
